Our pasta program is one part of who we are. We extrude, we roll, we stretch and we make the freshest and most delicious pasta.
Our pizza is true and authentic Napoletana style. Our pizzaiolo (pizza makers) have been trained at the VPN Americas. The pizza oven is from Naples and runs on wood alone. Our Salumi program makes it fun and exciting to see what our kitchen has created. The curing case is in plain sight and in the mornings you can watch the team prepare the recipes!
