Frank Psomas established Frank's Family Restaurant in 1993 after moving to the local area from Florida. Frank is a veteran resturanteur, building three other successful restaurants over the past 40 years. Along with his brother Marsel, Frank ran the popular "Franco's", "Skyline" and "Riverview Charlie's" before coming to Palmetto to start "Frank's". Frank's delicious recipies are the result of both family influence as well as his own creative culinary skills. Bringing a rich Greek-Italian heritage, Frank immigrated to the US in 1967 from the Greek Isles, and worked at several well known New York restaurants. In the '70's Frank moved to Florida and there started his own line of popular eateries.
