For hong kong people, yum cha is a long tradition on weekend morning with whole families gathering to chat and eat. Dim sum culture started ancient china, but it becomes popular from Cantonese. Dim sum are usually steam or deep fried and may be savory or sweet. They are including such as shrimp dumplings, siu Mai, shao long boa, spring roll and over seventies other items. We make everything from scratch, and we used the freshness ingredient. Our dim sum are served seven days a week on carts. We also serve live seafoods, and we have a full menu with a variety of selections, such as beef chow fun, pan fried noodle, peking style pork chop, and etc.
