About Us
Located in the center of Highland Park, one mile north of New Brunswick, PJ's Coffee is the hangout for local residents, including Rutger's staff and graduate students. For a quick take-out or relaxing dining-in, we serve the best freshly brewed Specialty Coffees (roasted weekly), along with a full beverage and food menu, including: espressos, lattes, capaccinos, hot paninis, wraps, fresh salads, pita pizzas, and specialty sandwiches. Our Juice Bar offers fresh squeezed orange, apple, and carrot juices, as well as Planet Smoothie selections. And of course a full selection of gourmet Pastries and Desserts.
