Owners Hat Lam and Teresa Wang insist on top quality food and service. The result: Sakura Spring was named a Grade “A” restaurant by the Philadelphia Daily News and the Philadelphia Inquirer.
The restaurant, which began as Empress of China, started with a limited Chinese menu. As the tastes of its customers changed, the restaurant evolved. When customers sought more choices, the menu expanded to become Asian, rather than just Chinese. When customers became more health conscious, Sakura Spring began to offer sushi – light, healthy and beautifully presented using only the freshest fish.
